Welcoming Children to God's Table

Welcoming Children to God’s Table is offered on a Sunday morning in the Fall and the Spring after the 10:00 a.m. church service. All Baptized children are welcome to receive communion at St. Stephen’s.  As a way to introduce children to the Lord’s Table, one of the Clergy meets with parents while the Children’s Minister and the other clergy have a “picnic” with the children. Then we all practice taking communion together. Please contact Mark, Emily or Ali if you and your child(ren) will be able to attend this class exploring the mechanics and meaning of the Eucharist. It is a wonderful way for us all to join in the education of our children and have fun as well!
