The Property Committee

The Property Committee maintains and improves the entire physical facility known as St. Stephens’. This includes repairs and maintenance to all buildings and building systems as well as the entire campus. Further, Property makes periodic recommendations to the Vestry regarding Capital Improvements and executes Vestry decisions.
